About this author

Mrs. Avigail Shaliehsaboo was born in Jerusalem. Her father, HaRav Eliezer Ben-David zt"l, was the mashgiach of Yeshivat Porat Yosef, located in the Old City of Jerusalem. As a child, she moved with her family to Argentina, where her father was a rabbi of Shuba Israel. After getting married to Daniel Shaliehsaboo, Avigail moved to Baltimore, MD, and was a teacher in Bais Yaakov High School, while her husband was the mashgiach for Persian students in Ner Israel. They now live in Great Neck, NY, as part of the community kollel, where Avigail teaches women's classes.
