Hilchos Bikkurim 1:3
Eight of the gifts given to kohanim may only be eaten in the Temple, inside the walls of the courtyard; five of them may only be eaten in Jerusalem, inside the city walls. Under Biblical law, five of the gifts are only acquired in Israel, five are acquired both in Israel and elsewhere, and one is acquired from Temple property.
