Hilchos Bikkurim 9:5
One must only take the gifts from a kosher domesticated animal as per Deuteronomy 18:3: “If it’s an ox or a sheep.” If there’s an offspring of a sheep and a goat, the gifts must be taken. Regarding a koi (an animal regarding which there’s a doubt as to whether it’s a domesticated animal or a kosher wild animal), all the gifts must be taken. Regarding the offspring of a male deer and a goat, one must give half the gifts to a kohein. This is as per the aforementioned verse: “If it’s... a sheep,” meaning even if it’s only part sheep. However, if a male goat mates with a deer, gifts need not be taken from their offspring. [Regarding the offspring of a deer and a sheep, we see that the halacha is primarily concerned with the animal’s mother.]
Hilchos Bikkurim 9:6
One must take the gifts for the kohein regardless of whether an animal is slaughtered to feed Jews, non-Jews, or dogs, or for medicinal purposes.
