The winners will be notified by email at the email address provided by Entrant. The winners will be required to respond (as directed) within seven (7) days of attempted notification. Failure to respond within seven days of notification will result in forfeiture of the prize and, in such case, Sponsor may randomly select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries. Winners may also be sent an affidavit of eligibility/liability/publicity release (“Release”) in order to accept the Weekly Drawing Prize. Unless restricted by law, winners will be required to complete and return the Release within fifteen (15) days from the date of notification. Except where prohibited by law, winners’ name and photograph(s) may be required to receive the prize and may be used at Sponsor’s discretion for future advertising, publications and promotional materials. Sponsor will not be obligated to make multiple attempts to contact the winner. The winner may be issued a 1099 form. Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state and local income taxes, fees, assessments and like charges associated with the prize.

In the event of a dispute about the identity of an Entrant, each entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. Pictures of the prizes are for illustration purposes only. Actual prizes may differ.

Non-cash prizes may be provided either as actual item(s), or as cash value, entirely at the discretion of Sponsor. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted, provided however that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason. If a substitute prize is awarded, there shall be no cash redemption of prize permitted and any difference between actual value and actual retail value will not be awarded. Winners cannot assign or transfer their prize to another person or business. All activities related to the prize are at the winners’ own risk and subject to whatever restrictions are imposed by the entities that govern such activities. Acceptance, participation in and/or use of the prize are at the winners’ sole risk and Sponsor is not responsible for damages whatsoever, including special, indirect, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use and/or misuse of the prize. If prize notification or any prize is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Sponsor is not responsible for typographical errors.

Winners of the Weekly Drawings who reside outside of the continental United States will be responsible for arranging delivery of the prize, including any costs associated therewith.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
